The Executive Division is the command leadership of GUARD and is designed to govern and manage all of GUARD.
ORGANIZATION CHART
The World Security Council (WSC) and the World Court provide the balance of control in directing and controlling GUARD.
The Director answers directly to both the World Security Council and the World Court. In the event of a 'conflict of Interest' in orders from either group, the GUARD Director is authorized to make the deciding call.
An Executive Director acts as the Director's 2nd in command, and runs the day-to-day functions of GUARD. He answers to the Director.
GUARD has two command regions: Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere. Commanders for each region work for the Executive Director only. The hemisphere commanders do not command major divisions directly, only those assigned to their regional command at that time.
